Meranda Courtney is the founder of BoldRoot Collective Consulting, a boutique advisory firm driven by one clear mission: to help organizations grow healthier, fairer, and more resilient workplaces.
With a career rooted in both leadership and advocacy, Meranda brings a rare balance of strategic insight and human connection. She has worked across healthcare, post-secondary, and unionized environments, giving her a front-row seat to the challenges — and opportunities — that come with building strong workplaces. From HR leadership and workplace investigations to policy development and collective bargaining, her experience spans the full spectrum of people and organizational dynamics.
Meranda founded BoldRoot out of a deep belief that workplaces should be places where people feel respected, supported, and able to thrive. Having witnessed firsthand how poor communication, ineffective policies, and unresolved conflict can erode trust, she became passionate about helping organizations approach these challenges with fairness, transparency, and courage.
